The Forget-Me-Not Chorus: Using the Power of Song

Forget me not choir sample image

The founder of this charity, Kate Woolveridge (in the photo above) is a professional opera singer and was a friend of Kate Farrer’s. The KFF therefore felt this was a relevant charity to support, as Kate Farrer herself loved singing, a trait inherited from her mother Annette, who sang in many church choirs!

Kate Woolveridge was awarded ITV Woman of the Year 2012 for her¬†initiative, and you can find out more about the charity’s aims, programmes and events, plus watch ITV interviews and documentaries here.

In 2015, the KFF pledged a donation to help the Forget-Me-Not Chorus establish a second choir in Newport. We will update you with photographs soon; in the meantime, find out when the two choirs are next performing.
